Gestern Abend fand das gro\u00dfe Finale des QUARKS-Tandem-Mentoring-Programms statt. In den vergangenen zehn Monaten ist es dieser wegweisenden Initiative gelungen, eine Br\u00fccke zwischen Schulbildung, Spitzenforschung und Hightech-Industrie zu schlagen. Zur Feier des Abschlusses erhielten die Teilnehmer einen exklusiven Einblick in die Zukunft, unter anderem mit F\u00fchrungen durch unser brandneues Holodeck und das k\u00fcrzlich er\u00f6ffnete Quantum Lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein inspirierender Abschlussabend: Von der Science-Fiction zur Realit\u00e4t<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Atmosph\u00e4re gestern Abend war gepr\u00e4gt von Spannung, Stolz und wissenschaftlicher Neugier, als sich unsere Mentees \u2013 begeisterte Oberstufensch\u00fcler \u2013 zusammen mit ihren Mentoren aus der Wirtschaft und ihren Familien zur Abschlussveranstaltung versammelten. Der H\u00f6hepunkt des Abends war eine interaktive Entdeckungsreise in die technologische Infrastruktur von morgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zum ersten Mal betraten die Tandemgruppen unser neu er\u00f6ffnetes Holodeck<\/strong> und erlebten eine immersive, multisensorische Umgebung, die komplexe technologische Rahmenbedingungen visualisiert. Anschlie\u00dfend wurden die Gruppen durch unser hochmodernes \ud835\udc10\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc26 \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27, \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20, \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 (\ud835\udc10\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc12) \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1b, wo Forscher zeigten, wo die eigentliche Magie stattfindet. Der direkte Einblick in reale Quantenkommunikationsger\u00e4te und Versuchsaufbauten bildete den perfekten, konkreten Abschluss einer zehnmonatigen theoretischen und praktischen Ausbildung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Tandem-Mentoring-Programm hat gezeigt, dass Quantentechnologie kein abstraktes Thema bleiben muss. Durch die Verbindung der Neugier der n\u00e4chsten Generation mit dem Fachwissen von Branchenexperten unter der Leitung von Forscher*innen der TU Dresden und der TU M\u00fcnchen hat QUARKS ein einzigartiges \u00d6kosystem f\u00fcr den Wissenstransfer geschaffen. Die Mentees profitierten von wertvoller pers\u00f6nlicher Weiterentwicklung und Karriereberatung, w\u00e4hrend unsere Industriepartner*innen direkten Zugang zu den klugen K\u00f6pfen von morgen erhielten und sich so eine Vorreiterrolle in einem aufstrebenden technologischen Zeitalter sicherten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir m\u00f6chten all den gro\u00dfartigen Mentor*innen, den engagierten Sch\u00fcler*innen und dem engagierten Team, die diese Reise m\u00f6glich gemacht haben, unseren tiefsten Dank aussprechen. Auch wenn dieses Programm nun offiziell einen Abschluss gefunden hat, ist die Br\u00fccke zwischen Bildung und der Zukunft der Quantenphysik st\u00e4rker denn je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
