Der Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Kommunikationsnetze der Deutschen Telekom an der TU Dresden hat zwei Hightech-Forschungslabore er\u00f6ffnet: das <strong>\u201eQuantum Communication, Computing, and Sensing Lab\u201c<\/strong> und das <strong>\u201eHolodeck\u201c<\/strong>. W\u00e4hrend das Holodeck virtuelle Welten ohne VR-Headsets erlebbar macht, soll das Quantenlabor die Grundlagen f\u00fcr das Internet von morgen schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quantentechnologie: Das Labor, das die Punkte miteinander verbindet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bislang verbanden die meisten Menschen Quantentechnologie im Alltag mit Verschl\u00fcsselung (wie beispielsweise der Quantenschl\u00fcsselverteilung, kurz QKD). Das neue Labor in Dresden geht jedoch noch einen entscheidenden Schritt weiter. Hier bringen Forscher drei Fachgebiete zusammen, die bisher traditionell getrennt voneinander erforscht wurden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Quantenkommunikation:<\/strong> Daten\u00fcbertragung unter Nutzung von Quantenzust\u00e4nden (z. B. durch Verschr\u00e4nkung).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Quantencomputing:<\/strong> Ultraschnelle Informationsverarbeitung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Quantensensorik:<\/strong> Hochpr\u00e4zise Messungen physikalischer Gr\u00f6\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eUnser Ziel ist es, \u00fcber isolierte Quantenanwendungen hinauszugehen und stattdessen integrierte Systeme zu entwickeln, in denen Kommunikation, Rechenleistung und Sensorik zusammenwirken, um echte kommerzielle Anwendungen zu erm\u00f6glichen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Juniorprofessor Riccardo Bassoli.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was bedeutet das f\u00fcr die Netzwerke der Zukunft?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Mit diesem ganzheitlichen Ansatz wollen die Forscher die Grenzen der aktuellen Netzwerktechnologie \u00fcberwinden und den Weg f\u00fcr <strong>6G<\/strong> ebnen. Dabei handelt es sich nicht nur um theoretische Physik: Das Team untersucht konkret, wie diese Quantensysteme in unsere bestehende Infrastruktur, beispielsweise in aktuelle 5G-Netze, integriert werden k\u00f6nnen.
