Curriculum Vitae
Ich bin Psychologin und habe 2021 meinen Bachelorabschluss an der Universität Greifswald sowie 2024 meinen Masterabschluss an der Technischen Universität Dresden erworben. Im Studienjahr 2019/20 studierte ich an der Universidad de Málaga.
Im Rahmen des QUARKS-Projekts bin ich als Forscher und Beauftragter für die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft tätig. Mein Interesse gilt der Schaffung von Synergien zwischen der Quantenindustrie und der Wissenschaft sowie der Entwicklung bedarfsorientierter Fortbildungsmaßnahmen im Bereich der Quantentechnologie für Unternehmen. Darüber hinaus habe ich ein Mentoring-Programm zwischen Wissenschaftlern, Mitarbeitern aus der Industrie und Studierenden konzipiert und betreut, wobei ich für die Einhaltung der Qualitätskriterien gesorgt und den Prozess evaluiert habe.
Research Interest
Im Mittelpunkt meiner Forschung steht es, bei einem Publikum ohne Vorkenntnisse Interesse an der Quantentechnologie zu wecken und dessen berufliche Entwicklung zu fördern. Ich untersuche wirksame Wege, um Laien Quantenthemen näherzubringen, insbesondere durch die Entwicklung von Demonstrationsmodellen als Lernobjekte. Darüber hinaus untersuche ich die Rolle von Mentoring-Programmen bei der Förderung des Wissenstransfers und des Engagements.
