Curriculum Vitae

I am a psychologist and received my B. Sc. from the Universität Greifswald in 2021 and my M. Sc from Dresden University of Technology in 2024. In 2019/20 she studied at the Universidad de Malaga.

For the QUARKS Project I am a researcher and academia-corporate relation manager. I am interested in how to create synergies between quantum industry and academia, also developing needs-based training measures on quantum technology for companies. Furthermore I conceptualized and supervised a mentoring program between scientists, industry employees and students ensuring quality criteria and evaluating the process.

Research Interest

My research focuses on sparking interest in quantum technology and fostering career development for audiences without prior knowledge. I investigate effective ways to convey quantum topics to non-experts, specifically through the development of demonstrators as learning objects. Additionally, I examine the role of mentoring programs in facilitating knowledge transfer and engagement.
