Curriculum Vitae

In 2018, I began my academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Science at TU Braunschweig. Building on this foundation, I pursued a Master’s in Further Education Research and Organizational Development at TU Dresden, which I successfully completed in 2024.

During my studies, I gained valuable practical experience as a student assistant in study orientation. In this role, I organized the “Frühstudium” program, an educational initiative designed to support and challenge highly motivated school students at the university.

Since 2024, I have been applying my expertise as an Education Manager at QUARKS, focusing on innovative educational management and development.

Research Interest

My research focuses on the continuous improvement of educational quality. Currently, I am piloting newly developed school modules to ensure their ongoing evolution and effectiveness. A key component of my work involves collecting and analyzing data regarding students’ interests, motivation, and professional attitudes. This evidence-based approach helps to optimize learning outcomes.
